Topic: Advise please language for operation with Hadoop

All greetings;
It is given:
- Database with tables. The big tables, all relational;
- Good knowledge MS SQL - all stack (SQL, SSIS, SSAS, SSIS);
- Ability to work from Oracle.
It is necessary:
- With the least expenses of time to try to master Hadoop to a command from 4-5 persons.
What language is better for studying that with it to work? I understand that a question disputable, but I want to hear though reasonings about Java, Scala Python + that there still? Simplicity of mastering, community, presence good IDE interests.
Itself I tend Python since it like many still where is used and  it will be easier to find experts, but I generally with Hadoop yet did not work.))

python it is convenient that to it libraries even on the Fortran are simply fastened. Therefore it is loved by mathematicians.
java - it is convenient that on it Hadup is written. Well and most easier to find programmers.
scala - improved java. But it is more difficult to find people and longer to learn. If there are doubts - do not use.

The least total expenses (for normal operation) - only Java. All remaining - overindulgence. The python is traditionally used for creation  (at the best ) scripts. If to you it is necessary not , and a certain restricted administration or still something small - then a python. Well and a rock generally an animal from a series "I the artist and I so see". Is popular at those who likes subjectively convenient features, but thus they are ready to sacrifice time of development and system performance.
Java - the standard for the big enterprises, averages too are tightened. Well and a trifle - what for to it ?

This question normally gives rise  on tens pages. In whole - a taste question.
Is eclipse - free.  under itself from a heap of plug-ins. Once it was pleasant to me.
Is IDEA - for your purposes of enough free version. Now I use only it.
Like Netbeans is (if did not rename and did not die). Tried a little, it was not pleasant to me, and those it was pleasant to whom, I estimate as mediocre developers - so did not investigate.
There are those who uses emacs or vim 8-o
