I especially not  difficult very much even if the thrown mass big but here suborbital  simple  will be better than norms almost in all besides them military men , it is possible also on price to spare even if to assume that they do it as the intermediate step to the normal rocket is a step aside, if not back. I will not understand that from the mastered technologies they can use on the normal rocket. At first sight practically anything.
