My configuration RHEL 5.6 64bit, Oracle 11.2.0.1.0 64bit SE
In basis there is a big table for approximately 700.000.000 lines. For this table decided to make an index.
After certain time in alert a broad gull type errors fell down

With the help iostat I see that  still does an index (it is the single copy on the server and unique session and does an index).
One more session I can not open, after connection I receive Connected to an idle instance. Though ORACLE_HOME and ORACLE_SID are exposed correctly (anything before did not change).
To a metalink now access unfortunately is not present, but over it already work.
Googled but all the same I will not understand that it and as now  to basis. OEM it is not lifted.
